REWARDS PROGRAMS

Rewards Programs are one of the easiest ways for you to serve Benninghoven! There are so many items you use everyday that can be saved and redeemed for points and cash that are then used to buy equipment and fund programs for the school. In addition, some Rewards Programs like It All Counts not only help Benninghoven but can also make money for YOU! Read on….

Best Choice UPC Codes
Put the UPC codes in a baggie labeled with your child’s name and teacher, and place the bag in the Box Tops collection bin in the main hallway.

Box Tops
Each Box Top earns 10 cents for the school. Put Box Tops in a baggie labeled with your child’s name and teacher, and place the bag in the Box Tops collection bin in the main hallway.

Coke Rewards
Coke gives us rewards points to redeem for equipment and supplies for our school. Save lids from bottles of Coke products, and you can go online to enter the codes and transfer the reward points to Benninghoven. Or, you can simply put lids in a baggie labeled with your child’s name and teacher, place the bag in the Box Tops collection bin in the main hallway, and the Rewards Committee will enter the codes for you.

It All Counts
This is Benninghoven’s newest reward fundraiser, designed for the online shopper. All you have to do is create a log-in account with It All Counts, and do your online shopping through them. You continue to use the same stores like Walmart, Kohl’s, and Target, and It All Counts will pay rebates to you and to Benninghoven.

Paper Recycling
Fast Fact: over 15% of the trash in a typical landfill is paper that could have been recycled. We encourage all Benninghoven families to recycle as much as they can at home. However, when you make the extra effort to bring your paper to school to recycle in the paper dumpster in the parking lot, our school receives money from the paper collected.

Prang Power Points
Look on Prang school supply products for points. Place points in a baggie labeled with your child’s name and teacher, and place the bag in the Box Tops collection bin in the main hallway.

Pop Tabs
We do not receive any rewards for these. Instead, Benninghoven pays it forward and donates the tabs to Children’s Mercy’s Ronald McDonald House.

Target Red Card
Applications for these can be picked up at any register. Target will give 1% of your purchase to Benninghoven, and you save 5% on each shopping trip. Your purchase is debited to your checking account just like a regular debit card. It’s easy and it saves you money.

Terracycle
Terracycle is a company that recycles items previously considered non-recyclable or hard to recycle such as drink pouches, potato chip bags, candy wrappers, and even toothbrushes. Benninghoven terracycles items from school lunches, and families are encouraged to bring items from home. Terracycle pays the school for the items.

Items for Terracycle can be placed in the tall blue bin by the knight in the main hallway.

Tyson Project A+ Labels
… and also “Fast Fixin’s Home Team” proof of purchase labels. Put labels in a baggie labeled with your child’s name and teacher, and place the bag in the Box Tops collection bin in the main hallway.
